Description: Do you want to incorporate technology into your classroom but want to make sure to choose a technology that is appropriate for your class content? This class will cover how to use technology in the classroom to increase student interest and motivation. We will focus on educationally sound uses of technology and will take into consideration budget concerns, equipment concerns, and varying levels of skill on the part of the instructor and the student. Some of the technologies addressed will be: WebQuests, Wikis, Blogs, Google Jockeying, Mapping Mashups, and Social Bookmarking.
